How is the site secured?
· The site is secured with a 2.4m high palisade fencing around the
full site perimeter with a single entrance at the front of the site.
· There is a 5 metre wide electric sliding gate.
· The site has full 24hr CCTV with movement tracking.
How can I access my container?
· Once the deposit has been taken and the contract signed you will be given the gate number. Our electric gate is connected to a GSM intercom. Each client renting a container will be given this telephone number to ring to open the sliding gate, it will be open for around three minutes to allow you to drive through safely.
· At the end of the contract the gate will remove your number.
Can I access my container after opening hours?
· The site opening hours are 6am – 8pm Monday to Sunday, however if afterhours access are required we may be able to accommodate by prior request.
What are your office hours?
· There are members of staff onsite who are able to assist you with your queries, however if you are need to speak to someone in the office reference contracts etc the hours our 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
· We do understand some issues will occur outside of these hours and we endeavour to respond to email queries as promptly as possible, or call our number on the website.
Are my items insured?
· Our containers and the site itself are comprehensively insured, however your individual items will not be insured.
· We do however work with a specialist company who offer a wide range of cover.
· It is completely your choice if you take out the insurance cover, however we recommend insuring valuable items.

· When you sign up for a unit you pay the first month’s rent as a deposit, if you require just one month this becomes your payment.
