We offer a wide range of rental contracts to suit all customers in need, if you are looking at a long-term stay, please get in contact with us before filling out our online registration form.

Our minimum contract is 4 weeks until not required, however our policy does stipulate you are required to give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice if contract end date wasn’t given on time of sign up.

Our usual opening hours on site are 6am to 8pm Monday – Sunday, however if it is a business where you would need special access in afterhours please make us aware in the initial email and please stipulate your reasoning why.

Our storage units can be rented for all different purposes, varying from storing housing items ready to move to using it to store business materials.

Our units are equipped to store all kinds of items, we only ask you to let us know your reason for renting. E.G. storing flammable goods, we would need to know for further H&S purposes, and we would recommend you take out a special insurance policy as we only insure the units and the site, not the items inside.

 

As you know we don’t insure your items in our containers, we do offer our recommendations to a trusted insurance company.

This company does also do different offers for long-term rental agreements.
